You have a higher academic degree, preferably a Master of Science in Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in management consulting, an in-house strategy team or a similar analytical business role
- Experience from an international environment through work and/or studies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A results-oriented mindset, strong drive and willingness to take on new challenges
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A collaborative approach and ability to work effectively in diverse teams
- Cultural adaptability and an interest in international business
- Fluency in Swedish is considered a merit, but is not a requirement for the role.
For this role, candidates must be either Swedish citizens or have the legal right to work in Australia.
