About the Role

Provide a comprehensive range of reception and administration duties including front line services to all patients within Drug Health Services.
The administration officer team supports the DHS Management Team, as well as Staff Specialist and clinical staff; to ensure the efficient and effective running of the department and maintain high professional standards for Drug Health Services.

Ideal Candidate
- Certificate 3 in Health Administration or equivalent experience and typing skills 40-50wpm
- Excellent communication and personal skills with an ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Experience in administration, accounts and reception duties, demonstrated by the implementation and maintenance of administrative office systems.
