The Village Care Services is currently seeking compassionate, motivated and reliable Support Workers to join our Sunshine Coast team.

Available Roles
- Before and after school support for children and families
- Day shifts supporting adults with psychosocial disabilities
- In-home and community support for children during school holiday periods
Please note: Our services are trauma-informed and primarily psychosocial in focus, with minimal personal care required.
Essential Requirements
- Current (or willingness to obtain) Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card)
- Minimum green P driver’s licence
- Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- Relevant experience or current study in disability, youth work, community services, psychology or a related field
- Strong alignment with our organisational values and commitment to delivering support “The Village Way”
