The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced Forklift Operator to join our safe, well-run site. If you enjoy hands on work, operating forklifts, and taking ownership of your day, this opportunity is for you!
Reporting to the Operations Manager you’ll play a key part in the safe efficient movement of product, supporting daily operations and keeping the yard running smoothly, safe and well organised.
What You Bring
Valid forklift licence
At least 12 months’ experience operating a counterbalance forklift
Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively
Reliable, responsible, and positive approach to your work
Strong commitment to safety and maintaining warehouse standards
Strong focus on safety and wellbeing
What You’ll Be Doing
Unloading and loading containers and trucks using a counterbalance forklift
Moving products such as steel, timber and paper reels
Occasionally palletise products, general housekeeping and participate in stocktakes
Performing forklift operations both indoors and outdoors
