Your new role:
As the Administration Support Officer within the Clinical Governance Unit, you will play a key role in supporting the Director Clinical Governance and wider team through high-level administrative and coordination services by:
Providing professional administrative and secretariat support within a multidisciplinary team environment
Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, recording minutes and following up actions and correspondence
Managing diaries, appointments and meeting schedules for the Clinical Governance Unit
Preparing high-quality reports, letters, memorandums and other documentation in line with corporate standards
Supporting the coordination of clinical incident review meetings with internal and external stakeholders
Managing office supplies, invoices and general office administration functions
Providing timely and accurate information and assistance to staff, clients and external agencies
Contributing to a positive workplace culture focused on safety, quality and continuous improvement
About you:
You will be a proactive and highly organised administration professional who thrives in a busy healthcare environment with:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail
Experience providing high-level administrative and secretariat support
Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to work autonomously
Intermediate to advanced skills across Microsoft Office and information systems, including databases and spreadsheets
The ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in a professional environment
A collaborative mindset with the ability to build positive working relationships across teams
Experience with Queensland Health systems or Content Manager highly regarded
