Job Description
At Frances Perry House our Graduate Program is a structured pathway that supports your transition from graduate to confident, skilled practitioner. Our program is delivered over two distinct stages;
In Year 1, you will gain hands on experience across as you rotate through all our Maternity Service units. You will explore your potential, build foundational clinical competence, discover your areas of interest, and receive a Graduate Program Certificate of Completion at the end of the year.
In Year 2, You will consolidate your clinical skills, receive dedicated mentoring, and have access to Commonwealth supported postgraduate study opportunities to deepen your professional development.

Qualifications

Have completed or are on track to complete your Bachelor of Midwifery

Eligible for AHPRA registration as a Registered Midwife by February 2027

Hold valid Australian work rights.
