- Build more than Assets; build a career
- Values Centric Organisation
- Career development, ongoing training
Are you a qualified Fabricator looking for more than just another workshop job? At Barwon Asset Solutions, you'll work on critical infrastructure that supports communities across our region while developing specialist skills that can take your career further.
If you enjoy hands-on work, solving practical challenges, and being part of a supportive team that values safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement, we'd love to hear from you.
As a Fabricator, you'll play an important role in maintaining and improving essential water and sewerage infrastructure across our region. Working across both workshop and field environments, you'll fabricate, repair, and install a diverse range of assets, from treatment plants and pump stations to custom-built components that keep our operations running reliably.
No two days are the same. You'll work alongside experienced tradespeople who will share their knowledge while helping you build your expertise. We invest heavily in our people, offering training in confined spaces, forklift operation, MIG and TIG welding, and other specialist techniques to help you expand your capabilities and advance your career.
Because our assets are located across the region, you'll enjoy variety in your work with a mix of workshop-based and onsite activities. Successful applicants will undertake a national police check, pre-employment health check and have a full drivers licence.
You're a qualified Fabricator who takes pride in producing high-quality work and enjoys being part of a team where people genuinely support one another. You're safety-focused, eager to learn, and motivated to continuously improve both your skills and the way work gets done.
You can interpret engineering drawings, approach problems with curiosity and initiative, and work independently when required. Most importantly, you're excited by the opportunity to contribute to infrastructure that makes a real difference to communities across the region.
At Barwon Asset Solutions, you'll be part of a team that values craftsmanship, innovation, and continuous growth while building a rewarding long-term career.
