Salary relative to experience, and ranges from $129,464 to $142,665 + super
Office of the CEO are currently seeking to appoint a Senior Project Officer responsible for managing the development and implementation of complex projects across the Ministerial and Executive Services team within NSW Reconstruction Authority.
This role will be working closely with executive stakeholders and will ensure smooth partnership between agencies, government bodies and other external clients.
What we’re looking for
Sound knowledge of Cabinet and Parliamentary processes and experience in coordinating and quality-assuring Ministerial correspondence, briefings, parliamentary material and speeches.
Ability to adapt and respond quickly in changing situations and willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
An understanding of project management concepts and achieving key deliverables.
Ability to manage and navigate complex workplace cases to deliver effective outcomes for stakeholders.
Critical problem solving and analytical thinking skills to assess situations and develop effective resolution strategies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to develop long-term relationships with senior executives and management.
Demonstrated experience in managing and resolving complex people management issues, including stakeholder engagement, relationships/expectations management.
Essential Requirements
Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
Must be a current NSW Public Sector employee
