We’re looking for a passionate foodie to join the Kosta's Takeaway Circular Quay team! If you love creating simple, delicious food and want to build your kitchen skills, this could be the perfect fit.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Customer service– be the face of our business. Meet/greet customers and take orders in a friendly and timely manner, ensuring to provide a positive customer experience
- Making high-quality espresso coffee – barista skills are a must
- Assist with restocking supplies on a daily basis, or as required
- Completing open to close operational procedures
- Maintaining a high standard of food safety, cleanliness, and presentation
- Prepare food items according to hygiene, safety, and recipe standards
- Clean all equipment and tools used in food preparation
- Learn all menu items, including portion control
- Work efficiently and maintain a clean, organised workspace
What You’ll Need:
- Full working rights in Australia
- You have previous experience working in restaurants or take-away businesses or have a genuine passion for food and coffee
- You have previous experience working with specialty coffee
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- You have a strong understanding of food handling and hygiene practices
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Excellent customer service
- Flexible availability, including weekends and early starts
- You must be available to work between Monday – Sunday between 6:00am – 4:00pm.

Pay: $26.44 – $46.82 per hour
Experience:
- Hospitality: 1 year (Preferred)
