Rotawiz is a growing software company helping NDIS and aged care providers run more efficient, compliant and profitable operations. We’re now ready to build our on-the-ground presence in Melbourne and are hiring our first dedicated Business Development / Field Sales Representative.
Role Purpose
Own Rotawiz’s commercial presence in Melbourne: generate qualified opportunities, close new customers and grow recurring revenue through events, networking and direct sales activity.
What You’ll Do
- Build and manage a sales pipeline of NDIS and aged care providers in your territory.
- Generate new opportunities via events, expos, networking, outbound outreach and referrals.
- Book and run discovery meetings, product demos and follow-ups (in-person and online).
- Convert qualified opportunities into proposals and closed deals, hitting monthly ARR targets.
- Represent Rotawiz at industry events and expos, including pre-event outreach and post-event follow-up.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts and next steps for all opportunities.
- Support founder-led sales on key deals and share on-the-ground feedback to refine our approach.
What Success Looks Like
In your first 3–6 months you will:
- Consistently deliver a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Hit agreed activity targets (meetings, demos, proposals) and be on track to hit ARR targets.
- Become a recognised face for Rotawiz at key NDIS and aged care events in Melbourne.
- Help shape our go-to-market motion with insights from the field.
Key Metrics (KPIs)
- Qualified meetings booked and completed per month.
- Product demos delivered and proposals sent.
- New customers closed and new ARR generated.
- Number and quality of leads generated from events and expos.
- CRM accuracy and timeliness of follow-up.
About You
- 1–3 years in sales, business development or field sales, ideally in software, SaaS, NDIS, healthcare or aged care.
- Confident meeting people, networking and doing face-to-face selling.
- Comfortable with cold outreach (phone, email, in-person) and handling objections.
- Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven, organised and able to manage your own schedule and territory.
- Basic CRM skills; current driver’s licence and willingness to travel around Melbourne.

Pay: $75,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
