About The Role
Our mission is to help people create ‘sweet’ celebrations with loved ones in the Spanish way, and to do that we need passionate team members to help us! As a Cafe Barista you’ll be responsible for:
- Providing amazing customer service
- Being the key person to create coffees and delicious hot chocolates!
- Creating delectable products for our customers
- Maintaining cafe presentation to wow our customers
- Casual opportunity to work across a flexible 7-day roster
About You...
The San Churro Familia is passionate about creating memorable experiences for our customers and we take on this mission with passion, pride, and a sense of adventure. Along with sharing these values, you’ll also need:
- Experience as a Barista, or competent in making making cafe-quality coffees (as part of a prior role)
- Formal coffee training is ideal but not essential if you’ve got the skills!
- Dedicated to exceptional customer service
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Must love working with people- team members and customers!
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work during peak trading days and hours, including evenings and weekends
