The Opportunity
We currently have an opportunity for a Bids & Pursuits Manager to join us in either Brisbane, Sydney, or Melbourne on a full time, permanent basis.
Our Global Bids & Pursuits Team are enthusiastic and passionate professionals, unified by a common goal: to ensure we deliver excellence in winning work and generating profitable business for the firm.
You will be an integral part of the team supporting the development of best practice bids in collaboration with the wider Business Development (BD) team, partners, clients, and other stakeholders.
Working directly with partners and key stakeholders across practice, industry and business services you will lead the end-to-end development of high quality, distinctive and compelling client-centred bids and pursuits. This role will work closely with our strategic focus industries and practices, reporting to the Regional Head of Pursuits.
Additionally, you will support with Pursuits Operations, Resourcing, and Reporting, which includes responsibilities such as overseeing resourcing across the Pursuits team, maintaining oversight of competing deadlines, and maintaining accurate and timely pursuit reporting and data, ensuring all pursuits are appropriately tracked.

We are interested in hearing from people who have:
- Demonstrable experience in a pursuit and bid role in legal, professional services or other relevant environments with a proven track record of winning strategic bids
- Strong technical capability in leading pursuits including stakeholder engagement and project management skills and a proven ability to successfully manage complex work-winning processes
- Extensive experience developing win strategies with an ability to successfully articulate themes, differentiators, and benefits
- Ability to effectively manage and engage key stakeholders in leading pursuits/bids along with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously (based on complexity)
- Highly competent user of the Microsoft Office suite including Word and Powerpoint
