Velflex is on the lookout for a dedicated and detail-oriented Dispatch and Product Quality Assistant to help us deliver top-quality products to our customers. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality checking finished transfers
- Operating the guillotine
- Packing and dispatching orders using our freight systems
- Updating our production management system
- Assisting with digital printing tasks as needed
- Weeding heat transfers
- Providing general assistance in the warehouse and dispatch
- Supporting the Production Team Leader with daily tasks
What We’re Looking For:
- Positive attitude and a “can-do” mindset
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of printing, garments, or fabrics (a bonus but not essential)
- Keen attention to detail and high standards for quality
- Reliability, efficiency, and ability to multitask
- Hands-on approach with a strong work ethic
- Flexibility to work extra hours on short notice when needed
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Basic computer skills
Pay: $26.33 – $34.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
