About the Role
We are seeking a bright, "switched-on," and compassionate Chiropractic Assistant / Receptionist to join our growing team. This is a highly rewarding, fast-paced, and interactive crossover role that requires a mix of stellar front-desk hospitality, technical clinical support, and creative marketing flair.
This position offers approximately 20–25 hours per week working set shifts between Monday and Friday (worked out collaboratively as a team), with the flexibility to help cover sick and annual leave.
What You’ll Be Doing
This is a dynamic hybrid role where no two days look the same. Your responsibilities will bridge three main areas:
- Front Desk & Administration: Personally greeting patients, directing patient flow, managing schedules, answering phones, processing payments, invoicing, and keeping records meticulous.
- Technical Clinical Support: Assisting the chiropractor during patient visits, preparing and sanitising treatment rooms, and ensuring the clinic runs smoothly and efficiently under pressure.
- Social Media & Marketing: Taking the reins on some of our internal/external marketing, including creating engaging content for our social media channels to help share the message of health and wellness with our community.

We are looking for a health-conscious individual who is a genuine advocate for chiropractic care and values their own health as much as our patients'.
Essential Requirements:
- An enthusiastic individual with supreme people skills and a high level of presentation.
- Strong ability to multitask and maintain meticulous attention to detail in a busy practice.
- A true team player who can also work autonomously and use their initiative.
- Superior time management, organizational skills, and the ability to learn new procedures quickly.
- Proficient computer skills (experience with clinic management software or platforms like PracticeHub is a massive plus).
- Previous customer service, reception, or cash handling experience.
- Availability & Flexibility: Our clinic operates on split shifts, which means you must be able to do some early starts (from 6.30 am) and/or late finishes (up to 7:00 pm), as well as have availability during school holidays.

A Note on Clinic Hours for Applicants:
Our shifts align with our busy practice hours, meaning you will regularly need to arrive 30 minutes before our first patient and stay 30 minutes after our last. Please ensure that early mornings (6:30 am) or late finishes (6:30 pm) seamlessly fit into your lifestyle and family commitments before applying.
