Senior Bid Coordinator in Perth.
With a robust, multi-million-dollar pipeline of civil construction, transport, and infrastructure tenders secured across Western Australia, our client is strengthening its pre-contracts division. This is a permanent career opportunity for an accomplished bid coordinator looking to make an immediate impact and grow within a stable, high-performing corporate environment while keeping client identity completely confidential.
Main Responsibilities & Key Result Areas
- End-to-End Coordination: Oversee the logistics of complex tender submissions, tracking schedules, managing milestones, and ensuring flawless delivery.
- Content Management: Drive content development, layout formatting, and compliance matrix verification for all active proposals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate inputs from estimating, engineering, environmental, and safety teams to create unified proposals.
- Library & Process Governance: Maintain robust document version control and contribute to continuous improvement of the corporate bid library.
- Writing & Editing: Provide professional writing support across response documents, case studies, and capability statements.
About You
We are looking for a dedicated and structured professional whose behaviour aligns with high standards of collaboration and technical accuracy.
- Experience: Proven track record in coordinating bids specifically within the construction, infrastructure, civil engineering, or heavy industrial sectors (essential).
- Core Competencies: Balanced capability across bid tracking, documentation formatting, and tender writing.
- Attributes: Elite organisational skills, ability to manage multiple strict deadlines simultaneously without dropping standards, and strong interpersonal alignment with a team-oriented culture.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
- Availability: Immediate or short-notice availability for a permanent Perth-based role.
