We are a wholesale bakery supplying speciality bread to cafes and restaurants in
Darwin and we are looking for a hardworking, passionate and experienced baker to
join our team.
To be successful in this role the applicant will possess
- Baking experience essential.
- Strong organisation and problem solving skills.
- Hand shaping skills.
- Mixing dough + monitoring fermentation.
- The ability to work independently + alongside co-workers.
- Be mature minded.
- Great attention to detail and a passion for consistency.
- Be prepared to work night shifts.
- Ability to comply with health and safety procedures.
