The Opportunity
Reporting to the Information Management Lead, you'll play a key role in delivering a major uplift of CPP's Business Management System (BMS). Working across the business, you'll help review, organise and improve our documentation, ensuring policies, procedures and controlled documents are current, consistent and easy to access. You'll also support the ongoing administration of our SharePoint environment, improve information management practices, and explore opportunities to leverage AI and modern technologies to drive greater efficiency. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing structure to information, thrives on continuous improvement, and has exceptional attention to detail.
Skills and Experiences:
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
Proven experience coordinating document control, information management or Business Management Systems.
Strong SharePoint experience (Essential)
Experience reviewing, organising and maintaining controlled documentation.
Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
The ability to coordinate multiple priorities and work collaboratively across a range of stakeholders.
An interest in leveraging AI and emerging technologies to improve information management processes.
A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
