Established commercial cleaning business on the Central Coast is seeking an independent contractor.
The Opportunity
- Regular Wednesday commercial cleaning schedule
- 7 commercial sites located on the Central Coast
- Opportunity for additional work on the Central Coast and in Sydney's Hills District
- Reliable, prompt payment
Requirements
- Current ABN
- Current Public Liability Insurance
- Current National Police Checks for all personnel attending client sites (or willingness to obtain them before commencement)
- Own vehicles
- Own commercial cleaning equipment and chemicals
- High attention to detail
- Professional, reliable and well organised
- Excellent communication skills
The successful contractor will operate as an independent business and be responsible for providing the labour, equipment, chemicals and insurances necessary to complete the cleaning schedule to the required standard.
The successful contractor will be expected to consistently deliver a high standard of cleaning, presentation and customer service, reflecting the professional reputation of our business.
