About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on CRM Marketing Manager to help grow two industrial brands, with a strong focus on 2 key products.
This is not a coordination role. You’ll be building real marketing assets, running campaigns, and helping turn technical products into clear, commercial messaging that generates leads and supports sales.
What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll take ownership of marketing execution across:
Campaigns and product launches
Brochures and product sheets
EDM campaigns and email sequences
Website content and landing pages (WordPress)
Social media and short-form content
Sales presentations and partner packs
Zoho One CRM campaign and nurture content
You’ll also help build authority-driven marketing around:
Productivity and throughput
Safety and compliance positioning
Power efficiency and site constraints
Upgrade pathways (not just replacement)
Traceability-ready systems

What We’re Looking For
You are:
A marketing graduate or in a junior marketing role
Strong copywriter (web, email, brochures, sales material)
Hands-on with campaigns and execution
Commercially minded (not just creative)
Able to turn rough ideas into polished output
Comfortable working with technical or industrial products
Ideal Experience with EDM platforms and marketing automation
WordPress useful, but not a must
Zoho One or CRM-based marketing tools
Canva or similar tools design tools
B2B, industrial, agricultural or technical marketing
