Football Coach
Top Squad Academy is seeking an experienced and motivated Football Coach to join our growing team.
Location: Australia
Position: Full-time
Salary: $79,499 per annum plus 12% superannuation
Hours: 38 hours per week
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan, organise and conduct football training sessions for players of various age groups and skill levels.
- Develop training programs to improve individual and team performance.
- Assess player abilities and provide feedback and coaching guidance.
- Prepare teams for competitions and matches.
- Analyse player and team performance and implement improvement strategies.
- Promote sportsmanship, discipline and teamwork.
- Assist with talent identification and player development pathways.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and academy policies.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications in football coaching, sports coaching or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience as a Football Coach.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
