Our Secondary Girls' School is currently seeking a passionate and experienced VCE Business Management teacher. This is a permanent part time role offering 0.2 FTE, 10.45 hours per week across 2 flexible days.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging VCE lessons aligned with the Victorian Curriculum and VCAA requirements
- Design and assess student work in accordance with VCE assessment protocols
- Use data to inform teaching practice and support student progress
- Contribute to curriculum development, moderation, and exam preparation
- Create and enhance a positive, safe and challenging learning environment
- Use a range of teaching strategies and resources that engage students in learning
About You:
- Demonstrated experience teaching VCE – Business Management or any 3.4 VCE subjects
- In-depth knowledge of VCAA study designs and assessment requirements
- Knowledge of how students learn and how to teach them effectively
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Commitment to student wellbeing, inclusion, and continuous improvement
- A sound understanding of the Child Safe Standards and a commitment to the safety and wellbeing of children
- Current VIT registration
