Position Purpose
The Purchasing & Finance Administration Officer is responsible for coordinating the purchasing and administrative activities associated with company job costs and overhead expenditure across the business. This role supports internal stakeholders by managing purchase requests, raising purchase orders, coordinating supplier relationships, processing invoices, maintaining procurement records, administering supplier rebates, and ensuring compliance with company purchasing procedures.
The position acts as a key liaison between employees, suppliers, Accounts Payable, Finance, Fleet, and Technology teams to ensure goods and services are procured efficiently, accurately, and in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
- Review and process purchasing requests submitted through internal systems.
- Coordinate procurement of company job costs overhead items and services.
- Ensure all purchasing requests have appropriate approvals before processing.
- Verify delivery locations, quantities, specifications, and supporting documentation.
- Maintain accurate purchasing records and filing systems.
- Monitor and action purchasing requests within agreed timeframes.
- Maintain the Shared Services Purchasing Register and purchasing tracking spreadsheets.
