Our Physio Co is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Auditor to join our growing team in Avondale Heights, Victoria. This role is ideal for a professional with strong analytical skills and experience in reviewing operational procedures, compliance systems, and service quality standards within a healthcare or allied health environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular internal audits to assess operational performance, documentation accuracy, and compliance with company procedures
- Review business processes and identify areas for service improvement and risk reduction
- Monitor adherence to quality assurance frameworks, workplace procedures, and regulatory obligations
- Prepare audit findings, compliance reports, and recommendations for management
- Assist management in implementing corrective actions and continuous improvement strategies
- Analyse workflow systems and provide recommendations to improve efficiency and consistency across operations
- Maintain records relating to quality reviews, compliance checks, and internal assessments
- Work closely with management and staff to support quality outcomes and organisational standards
- Participate in the development and review of policies, procedures, and operational guidelines
- Support training initiatives relating to quality assurance and compliance practices
Skills and Experience Required:
- Minimum bachelor qualification or higher
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Strong report writing and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a professional environment

Salary Range
$78,000 to $88,000 plus Superannuation
