The Boiling Crab is an iconic American Louisiana-style Cajun seafood restaurant famous for its energetic vibe and signature seafood boils (The Whole Shabang!). We are expanding our Sydney team at our bustling Haymarket location and looking for energetic, hardworking individuals to join our crew!

What We Are Looking For:
Floor Staff:
Valid NSW RSA certificate (Mandatory).
Minimum 6 months of customer service or waiting experience in a fast-paced dining environment.
Outgoing personality, high energy, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
Strong communication skills and ability to multitask under pressure.
Full availability for peak shifts (especially Friday dinners, weekends, and public holidays).
Valid Australian working rights.
Kitchen Staff:
Minimum 3 months of kitchen hand, prep, or line cooking experience.
Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen.
Strong attention to food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness.
Eager to learn and strictly follow standard operating procedures and recipes.
Valid Australian working rights.
