Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot and edit short-form videos (end-to-end)
- Develop creative concepts and content strategies
- Work on scripts, shooting angles, and storytelling
- Travel for on-site filming (driver’s licence required)
- Operate drone for aerial footage when needed
- Deliver multiple projects within deadlines
Requirements
- Proven experience in video shooting & editing
- Proficient in tools like Premiere Pro / Final Cut / CapCut
- Fluent in English
- Valid driver’s licence (essential)
- Experience with drone operation (DJI preferred)
- Strong sense of visual storytelling and pacing
- Full time work only
Preferred
- Experience as a content creator / influencer
- Background in real estate or commercial content
- Basic colour grading / motion graphics skills
- Familiar with Xiaohongshu, Douyin, Instagram, YouTube

- 独立完成外出拍摄（需能开车）
- 使用无人机进行航拍（如项目需要）

任职要求
- 有短视频拍摄及剪辑经验（必须）
- 熟练使用剪辑软件（如 Premiere Pro / Final Cut / CapCut 等）
- 持有效驾照并能独立开车外出拍摄
- 要求熟练英文水平
- 会使用航拍设备（如 DJI 系列）
- 具备内容审美、节奏感和基本镜头语言理解

- 有短视频博主/内容创作者经验
