Site Administrator
- $91,564 Base Salary (Excluding Super)
- This Role is Fixed Term for 6months

- Fly In Fly Out – Either Cairns or Darwin
ESS provides multi-service capability to major companies and organisations operating in remote sites, gold mines and coal fields. We provide vital workplace support for people working in some of the most isolated terrains in the world, from oil rigs in the North Sea to gold mines in the Australian Outback.
Due to anticipated growth at our Groote Eylandt Site, we have exciting opportunities for experienced Site Administrators interested in joining the remote sector, working an 8 day on / 6 day off roster.
The Position
- Working as key members in our site operations teams
- Front desk attendance
- Management of accommodation systems
- Travel logistics and general office administration
- You will be the first point of contact with our residents, therefore it is imperative that your customer service skills are impeccable.
The Person
- A team player with the ability to multi-task in busy environments
- Minimum 1-2 years working experience in administration
- Certificate III in Administration is highly desirable
- Experience using accommodation booking systems within a hospitality or tourism environment
- Intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, however Advanced Knowledge of Excel desirable.
- High standard of accuracy in data entry and attention to detail
- A team player with a professional and friendly attitude, with the ability to relate to a diverse range of people, from front line staff to senior management
- Open Driver Licence, and current Police Check (Required)
- All candidates will be subject to a Pre Employment Medical
