Food Production Assistant (Full-time)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (Day Shift)
About Us
We are an established a food company specialising in the production and distribution of premium Japanese and organic food products. We are looking for a reliable and motivated Food Production Assistant to join our production team.
No previous food manufacturing experience is required. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with food production and packing
- Prepare raw materials for production
- Operate production equipment following training
- Pack finished products and prepare orders
- Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment
- Follow food safety, hygiene and quality procedures
- General warehouse and production duties as required
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a valid Australian work visa with unrestricted work rights
- Is reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Can work well as part of a team
- Is willing to learn new skills
- Can perform some physically demanding work
- Is committed to workplace hygiene and food safety
- Plans to remain in Sydney for the foreseeable future (preferred)
- Some understanding of Japanese culture and language skills (preferred)
Previous experience in food manufacturing, warehousing or factory work is an advantage but not essential.
