About the Role
We are seeking a Systems Analyst - ERP to join our Brisbane-based team and play a critical role in the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (D365 F&SCM). Reporting to the Project Director - ERP, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring business requirements are translated into effective system solutions. Working closely with implementation partners, data teams and end users, you will help deliver a fit-for-purpose ERP platform that supports operational excellence and long-term business sustainability. Given the highly collaborative nature of the ERP program, the successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders and project teams on-site five days per week.
Key Responsibilities

Analyse business requirements and translate them into ERP system designs and functional specifications.
- Conduct fit/gap analysis and support configuration versus customisation decisions.
- Support configuration activities across Finance, Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules.
- Collaborate with integration and data teams to ensure seamless system connectivity and data quality.
- Develop, execute and support SIT and UAT testing, defect management and solution validation.
About You
You are a collaborative and commercially minded Systems Analyst with proven experience delivering ERP projects in complex business environments. You enjoy working with stakeholders to understand operational requirements and transform them into practical, scalable solutions. With strong analytical capabilities and a broad understanding of business processes, you bring a balanced approach to systems design, testing and continuous improvement. Ideally, you have experience in manufacturing, food production or agribusiness environments and thrive in project-driven settings.

- Strong stakeholder engagement, testing and problem-solving skills.
