You’ll make an impact by:
Managing complex calendars, executive meetings, travel arrangements, correspondence and communications
Acting as a trusted liaison between the CIO, Executive Committee members, Board stakeholders, Senior Leaders and external partners
Leveraging ChatGPT and AI-assisted workflows to streamline administrative operations, enhance communication quality, accelerate research and document preparation, and improve productivity across executive support and IT-related functions
Coordinating end-to-end Board and Committee process, ensuring papers prepared within timeframes, submissions meet strict deadlines, actions tracked & completed within complex and evolving workflows
Coordinating divisional events, leadership meetings, offsites including presentations, documentation and team communications

This is far more than a traditional Executive Assistant role. You’ll operate as a strategic partner to the CIO, balancing high-level executive support with hands-on coordination and operational administration that keeps a fast-paced technology division running effectively.
You’ll work closely with senior leaders across the business, helping to manage priorities, improve workflows and create structure in a dynamic environment. Success in this role requires someone who is proactive, highly organised, resilient and confident working at executive level, while also willing to take ownership of the day-to-day administration that enables leaders and teams to perform at their best.

Advanced skills across Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and productivity tools
