About the Role
Hyre Coordination is seeking experienced NDIS Support Coordinators (Level 2, Level 3 Specialist) and Psychosocial Recovery Coaches to join our contractor network across Melbourne and regional Victoria.
If you have an existing participant caseload, you are welcome to bring it with you. We provide a smooth, supported transition and 48‑hour onboarding for experienced SCs.

About Hyre Coordination
Hyre Coordination is a Registered NDIS Provider delivering Support Coordination and Psychosocial Recovery Coaching across Greater Melbourne and regional Victoria.
We work across Levels 1, 2 and 3, including Specialist Support Coordination, and maintain full compliance with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.
Your existing caseload is welcome to come with you. We will work with you and your participants to ensure a smooth, continuity-focused transition.
Roles Available (Contract)
- Level 2 Support Coordinators — capacity building, plan implementation, provider engagement
- Level 3 Specialist Support Coordinators — complex needs, psychosocial, high-risk, hospital-to-home transitions, forensic and custodial transitions
- Psychosocial Recovery Coaches — mental health recovery, capacity building, goal achievement

About You
- Experience as a Support Coordinator (Level 2 or 3) or Recovery Coach
- Existing caseload or recent experience managing one
- ABN holder or able to obtain one
- Strong understanding of the NDIS framework, including 2026 reforms
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
- Working With Children Check (or willing to obtain)
- Professional indemnity & public liability insurance (or willingness to arrange)
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Relevant qualification (preferred but not essential with strong experience)
- Specialist SCs: allied health qualification or equivalent complex‑case experience
- Recovery Coaches: Cert IV Mental Health Peer Work / Mental Health + experience
- Commitment to participant choice, control and continuity
