We are seeking motivated and reliable Services Assistants to join dedicated team at Jamestown Hospital, supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of our health service. In this hands-on role, you will contribute to a clean, safe and welcoming environment while assisting with catering, cleaning and housekeeping services that directly support patient care.
Role Summary
As a Services Assistant, you will:
Assist with meal preparation, service and delivery, including breakfast, soups and light meals
Undertake general cleaning duties, including high window cleaning and carpet shampooing
Support laundry services, including washing, folding, ironing and linen distribution
Ensure timely and accurate meal plating and delivery, including meeting dietary requirements
Assist with minor sewing repairs and basic stock recording
Essential Criteria
Demonstrated positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions and comply with safety standards
Commitment to providing a high standard of service to clients and staff
