Beds R Us is looking to welcome an experienced Sales Consultant to the team in our store at -Castle Hill
This role will see you focusing on sales, with some involvement in operations, and participation in team training. This will involve a 'hands on' approach to customer service from a passionate salesperson who loves to sleep well!
Your key responsibilities
- Working to set KPI's to meet and exceed targets;
- Building rapport and effective relationships with customers;
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
- Values honesty and a strong work ethic
- Available to work a rotational day roster
The successful candidate will have a demonstrated record of success in Sales The ideal Sales Consultant will be passionate about helping people, sales and being a team player. Experienced in bulky goods sales is preffered but not essential.

Skills and Experience
The successful candidate will possess the following:
- A demonstrated record of success in Sales and Customer Service
- A sound knowledge of KPIs as they relate to the art of sales in retail environments
- A track record of consistently achieving KPIs and targets at previous organisations
- Current referee's related to the role
