The successful applicant will support the projects and places team with the management of files, records and data associated with building management, maintenance, renewal and capital works. Utilise Technology One processes and systems for administration and management of key tasks as required to support the team and organisation with building and facilities management.
- Current Victorian driver licence
- Employee working with children check
- Experience in asset management or accurate data collating, capture and management
Understanding of local government processes.

Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office systems and general computer skills
Excellent customer service verbal and written communication skills including presentation of accurate data and information
Management of accurate data, information and record keeping
Ability to prioritise tasks and good time management skills
