Duties
- Guest check-in/check-out
- Answer calls and emails
- Manage bookings and basic admin
- Provide guest assistance
- PMS update
Requirements
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience (essential)
- Fluent English communication skills
- Well-presented and reliable
