We are looking for an enthusiastic, personable and reliable cafe supervisor to join our great team. Copper Bean Cafe serves excellent coffee, breakfast and lunch, cakes and gelato and prides itself on providing fantastic friendly customer service at all times. We are looking for people to help create a fun and vibrant working environment that customers love to visit.

Applicants must have experience in the following:
- Have experience in cooking food, eg. breakfasts to order and preparation of sandwiches, wraps etc.
- Excellent friendly customer service at all times
- Good experience in hospitality in a cafe environment
- Excellent knowledge of food safety, food quality and presentation
- Maintaining a positive environment at all times.
- Ability to train, motivate and encourage staff
- Experience in opening and closing cafes, including cash reconciliation
- Able to multitask and have good time management skills
- Be punctual and respect our policies and guidelines
- Have great communication skills
- Be able to work weekdays, weekends and school holidays
