We are currently seeking to recruit a Permanent Full Time People and Culture Services Partner to join our dedicated team. The role will be 5 days per week reporting directly to the General Manager People Services. A generalist HR role with responsibility across all people functions including payroll, rostering, recruitment, retention, learning and development, performance management and industrial relations.
You will have

Proven expertise in project and change management, with a history of implementing initiatives to achieve positive organisational outcomes.

Outstanding communication, presentation, interpersonal, and diplomacy skills, enabling effective collaboration and relationship-building at all levels of the organisation.

Experience supporting and guiding leaders and employees
- Demonstrated ability to convert information and data into knowledge and communicate that knowledge in a meaningful and useful way.

Strong planning, organisational, analytical and decision making skills

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations

Hands on experience in a similar role
