Jarvis Group is seeking an experienced Pre-Delivery Workshop Foreman to lead our team and play a key role in establishing and growing our new facility.
This is a Full-Time position reporting to the Service Manager, with responsibility for workshop workflow, quality, productivity and ensuring vehicles are completed on time and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and support the Pre-Delivery team.
- Manage workshop workflow, job allocation and vehicle turnaround times.
- Ensure all inspections, servicing, repairs and accessories are completed correctly.
- Conduct quality control checks prior to vehicle delivery.
- Assist technicians with technical and diagnostic support.
- Work closely with Sales, Service and Parts to meet delivery timeframes.
- Maintain high standards of safety, quality and efficiency.
About You
- Experienced Pre-Delivery Foreman, Workshop Foreman, Supervisor or Senior Technician.
- Automotive trade qualification.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong technical, organisational and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Current driver's licence.
- ERA / ERA-NET experience advantageous.
