We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Casual Delivery & Installation Offsider to join our team. This role involves assisting with the delivery, placement and installation of office furniture across Sydney and surrounding areas.
You will work alongside our drivers and installation team across deliveries, warehouse duties and onsite installations. Hours may vary depending on workload and project requirements.
Working hours are between 6:00am - 4:00pm, Monday to Friday
Job description:
- Assisting with loading and unloading office furniture
- Delivery and placement of furniture onsite
- Assisting with assembly and installation of desks, chairs and office furniture
- Manual handling and lifting duties
- Assisting with warehouse operations and stock movement
- Working across commercial sites and customer locations
- Following workplace health and safety procedures
- General housekeeping and maintaining a clean work environment
Successful applicants must have:
- Photo ID
- White Card
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong communication skills
- Forklift licence advantageous but not essential
- Previous experience in deliveries, removals, warehouse work or furniture installation highly regarded
Pay: $30.00 – $36.00 per hour
Experience:
- Delivery driving: 1 year (Preferred)
