We're excited to welcome a Principal Training Manager (MultiD position - AO7 or NRG7 or HP5) - to our Digital Health and Technology Team and provide high level leadership, training expertise and support to Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health (SCHHS) both clinical and non-clinical staff in the use of the digital health clinical systems implemented at SCHHS.
The Digital Health Systems Support (DHSS) team has been established to support SCHHS staff to operate the ieMR and champion SCHHS optimisation initiatives.
The DHSS has five objectives:
Ensuring safe use of the system
Optimising usage of the digital system
Delivering enhancements and upgrades
Training new staff
Managing downtime.

Key Responsibilities include:
Have an advanced level of professional and operational autonomous decision making.
Be accountable for leading the training activities to ensure all staff within SCHHS, effectively and efficiently utilises the ieMR and other relevant digital systems.
Adoption and Optimisation - a multi-disciplinary team that ensures the digital solution is appropriately and safely used, leads clinical impact analysis and decision-making pertaining to optimisation activity and accountable for the local planning and management of larger upgrade projects driven by eHealth Queensland that impact SCHHS.
Remuneration value up to $171 568 p.a. comprising salary of $5370.60 - $5763.70 p.f. (AO7) or $173 368 p.a. comprising salary of $5364.30 - $5824.20 p.f. (NRG7) or $172 615 p.a. comprising salary of $5557.50 - $5798.90 p.f. (HP5), employer contribution to superannuation (12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO7, NRG7, HP5).
