Shift Manager – Shanglish Bankstown
Shanglish is looking for an experienced and motivated Shift Manager to join our growing restaurant team. We are seeking someone with strong leadership skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to manage a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily restaurant operations during shifts
- Lead and support front of house staff
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Handle cash, POS, and end-of-day procedures
- Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and WHS standards
- Assist with staff training and shift coordination
Requirements
- Previous café or hospitality management experience
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability including weekends
- Positive attitude and team-focused mindset
