Job Description :

Should be able to troubleshoot issues and problems within Ping

Strong understanding on Federation Standards ( SAML2.0, oAuth2.0, OIDC, WS Federation )

L2 & L3 level of experience in Ping with exposure Identity and Access Management deployment and management preferably in Ping.

Drive Problem Management with focus on RCA.

Manage weekly reviews with other SME domains for complex IT

Should have good experience on writing scripts at server level (Perl script, shell script, vb script, java script, batch scripts).

Should have good understanding of Operational processes
Should have good understanding of UNIX, Windows server level commands
