Position Title:
Part-Time Sales Associates (20 hours per week)
Casual Opportunities
(15+ hours per week for regular weekly shifts.)
(5–10 hours per week for weekends, peak trading periods and annual leave.)

RESPONSIBLE FOR :
- Deliver exceptional customer service and personalised styling.
- Achieve sales and KPI targets.
- Process sales through the POS system.
- Replenish stock and maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Assist with opening, closing and store presentation.
- Work collaboratively as part of a supportive team.
- Be available for a flexible roster, including weekends and public holidays.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail, hospitality, travel, tourism, beauty, or service-oriented environments.
- Experience in fashion or luxury retail is considered a strong asset.
- Background in one or more of the following industries: Fashion or luxury retail, hospitality, airlines, cruise ships, hotels and resorts, beauty and customer service
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building rapport with clientele.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Interest in fashion and representing a global brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
