Located within the Capital Square precinct above Elizabeth Quay, our Sky Lounge offers breathtaking 360° views of Perth's city skyline and the Swan River, creating one of the city's most exciting dining destinations.
As we prepare to open, we are seeking an experienced and hands-on F&B Supervisor to join our founding team and help deliver refined, memorable guest experiences.
About the Role
Reporting to the Venue Manager, you will supervise the day-to-day restaurant and bar operation, lead service shifts and support pre-opening preparations.
As part of the Restaurants & Bars Leadership Team, you will be visible on the floor, ensuring seamless service delivery, high presentation standards and strong guest engagement. You will train, supervise and inspire the team while using your food and beverage knowledge to confidently recommend and sell our offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Support pre-opening setup, team training, service trials and operational readiness.
- Lead restaurant, bar and café service shifts.
- Supervise and coach team members to deliver polished, attentive service.
- Maintain high standards of guest service, cleanliness, presentation and grooming.
- Manage service flow, guest requests and service recovery professionally.
- Ensure compliance with RSA, liquor licensing, food safety, hygiene and WHS requirements.
- Support stock control, daily briefings, events and promotional activities.
The Successful Candidate Will Possess
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as an F&B Supervisor, Senior Waitperson or similar role in a premium restaurant, bar or hotel environment.
- Strong restaurant, bar and beverage knowledge.
- Confident barista and bartending skills, including quality coffee preparation and knowledge of beers, wines, spirits, cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Confidence leading a team in a fast-paced service environment.
- A hands-on leadership style and genuine passion for hospitality.
- Excellent communication, organisation and guest engagement skills.
- Current RSA and Food Handler certificates.
- Experience using POS systems is preferred.
