A new opportunity is now available for a Senior Occupational Therapist to join our Home & Community Support team. In this role, you will provide both clinical leadership and hands-on therapy services, supporting clients to live safely and independently in their own homes.

About the role
As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you will play a key leadership role while managing a clinical caseload. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing clinical supervision and support to Occupational Therapists, promoting a client-centred approach to care
Delivering high-quality home-based assessments and interventions, including ADLs, mobility and home safety
Coordinating care with internal teams, external providers and stakeholders to ensure integrated service delivery
Supporting team capability through mentoring, training and professional development initiatives
Contributing to quality improvement and service development activities
Maintaining accurate documentation in line with professional and legal standards
About you
To be successful, you will bring strong clinical expertise and leadership capability, along with:
Current Occupational Therapist Registration with AHPRA
Demonstrated experience in community-based or aged care Occupational Therapy
Previous supervisory or leadership experience
Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and documentation skills
A commitment to delivering high-quality, client-centred care outcomes
Ability to work in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
