WE ARE HIRING – RETAIL SALES ASSISTANT
We are looking for an energetic, friendly and responsible team member to join our busy retail tobacco store.
What We Are Looking For:
✅ Strong communication and small talk skills – able to build rapport with customers naturally
✅ Good sales and upselling ability – confident in recommending products and increasing sales
✅ Fast learner – able to quickly understand products, systems and store procedures
✅ Responsible and hardworking – reliable, honest and takes work seriously
✅ Must have own transport / car
✅ Previous retail or sales experience preferred
Job Responsibilities:
- Customer service and cashier operation
- Product recommendations and upselling
- Stock refill and store presentation
- ID checking and store compliance
- Keeping the store clean and organised
- Daily retail operations
