Your Role: Build Quality and Deliver Excellence
As a Qualified Fabricator, Welder, or Vehicle Body Builder, you will be responsible for manufacturing, assembling, modifying, repairing, and maintaining transport equipment and vehicle bodies to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Fabricate, assemble, fit, and repair truck, trailer, and transport bodies to specification.
- Perform cutting, bending, welding, assembly, and finishing activities.
- Fabricate and weld steel, aluminium, and stainless-steel components.
- Modify, repair, and maintain vehicle bodies, trailers, and accessories.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and job orders.
- Ensure all work complies with quality, design, and safety standards.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a safe, clean work environment.
- Contribute to the manufacture of Australia's market-leading semi-trailers.
Who We Are Looking For
Essential Requirements
- Trade qualification in Fabrication, Welding (Boilermaking), Vehicle Body Building, or equivalent.
- Australian Resident or holder of full Australian working rights.
- Strong welding, fabrication, and metalworking skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety, quality workmanship, and teamwork.
- Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Available to commence full-time employment immediately.
