What You'll Do
- Lead and motivate production staff to achieve performance and productivity targets
- Monitor production schedules and ensure deadlines and customer requirements are met
- Identify operational issues and drive process and quality improvements
- Coach, train, and provide feedback to team members
- Collaborate with logistics, quality, and other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain a safe, compliant, and productive workplace
