We’re looking for an Associate Product Manager to join our Camping & Recovery team, someone who lives and breathes 4WD, camping, or off-road touring and wants to turn that passion into a career shaping world-class products.
About the Role:
Working closely with the Product Manager, you’ll help drive the global success of our Camping & Recovery portfolio, from rooftop tents and awnings to recovery gear and storage solutions.
This is a hands-on, commercial role where you'll:
- Support the end-to-end product lifecycle, from idea to launch and beyond
- Collaborate across product development, marketing, sales, and supply chain
- Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor products
- Help shape pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies
- Contribute to new product development, improvements, and innovation
- Work with global stakeholders to deliver products customers actually want to use
What We’re Looking For:
We’re after someone who blends commercial thinking with genuine product passion:
- A strong interest in 4WDing, camping, off-road touring or the outdoor lifestyle
- Ideally, a user of our products or industry gear
- Experience in sales, product, marketing or commercial roles
- A solid understanding of customer needs and buying behaviour
- Ability to interpret data and translate insights into action
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a drive to improve products
