You’ll bring the passion and:
- Clear, down-to-earth communication, with the ability to connect with different people across the site.
- Experience in People & Culture, HR or a similar role, or relevant Certificate IV / Diploma qualifications.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the confidence to work closely with supervisors and managers.
- Solid organisational skills, able to manage competing priorities and keep on top of the detail.
- High attention to detail and accuracy when it comes to documentation, data and follow-through.
- A calm, steady approach to issues, with the ability to stick to process even when things are busy.
