About Us
Bespoke Woodcraft is a growing cabinetry manufacturing and installation business based in Kippa-Ring. We design, manufacture and install custom kitchens, wardrobes, laundries, vanities, media walls and other cabinetry across Brisbane.
We are looking for a reliable and organised Office Administrator to support our daily operations and help keep our projects, staff and office systems running smoothly.
About the Role
This is a varied office-based role involving administration, supplier ordering, job scheduling, staff rostering and basic bookkeeping.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Ordering materials, hardware and supplies from our suppliers
- Following up orders, deliveries and supplier lead times
- Scheduling site measures, manufacturing and installations
- Coordinating staff and subcontractor rosters
- Communicating with clients, builders, suppliers and installers
- Updating job schedules and keeping project information organised
- Preparing purchase orders and checking supplier invoices
- Assisting with quoting, invoicing and payment follow-ups
- Entering bills, receipts and expenses into Xero
- Maintaining accurate customer, supplier and job records
- General email, phone and office administration
- Supporting management with day-to-day business operations
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple jobs at once
- Confident communicating with clients, trades and suppliers
- Reliable, professional and able to work independently
- Comfortable using computers, emails and online systems
- Detail-oriented with good written and verbal communication skills
- Able to prioritise urgent tasks in a fast-moving environment
- Willing to learn about cabinetry, construction and manufacturing
Experience with Xero, bookkeeping, scheduling, rostering or the construction industry would be highly regarded but is not essential for the right person.
Preferred Experience
- Previous office administration experience
- Basic bookkeeping or accounts experience
- Experience using Xero or similar accounting software
- Experience coordinating trades, staff or subcontractors
- Experience with purchasing and supplier management
- Construction, cabinetry, manufacturing or trade industry experience
